So, if your name, logo or slogan were to be blocked at the trademark research level, (35% to 40% chance), then you have the option to bail on the trademark order at no additional fee/payments. Further payments will be cancelled. When continuing to the Common Law research and application preparation services, then this option allows trademark fees to be spread out over 8 months for TradeMark Express $1000 Premium Package orders.
