If only, after being lied to, cheated, abused, and grossly overcharged, IF ONLY some people ended up with a Registered Federal trademark at the end. Then a lot of people would say, well not so bad.

But.

Even if by luck that no one else had a prior Federal trademark, State trademark or Common Law rights beforehand, a viable trademark was achieved, then sure, maybe, their “low fees” were worth the risk, because at the end of the day, (really ~8 months), your trademark became actually registered. Defendable. Protectable.

HOWEVER, when they FORGED YOUR SIGNATURE, and/or when the have a FAKE ATTORNEY whose SIGNATURE WAS FORGED, whose name and State Bar # was usurped / stolen and appear on your trademark filing, then 2 things:

1) YOUR TRADEMARK IS INVALID. You cannot enforce it. You cannot use it in court.

2) When the USPTO finds it, they will TERMINATE your trademark application without notice, as they have with over 56,000 other fake signed trademark applications. Someday you’ll find out what you thought was trademarked, is dead.

Not worth it.
