How to Trademark Series

PART 1 – How US TRADEMARK PRO a “low fee” trademark scam contrived to make $66,100

PART 1 – How US TRADEMARK PRO a “low fee” trademark scam contrived to make $66,100

Hello client, $66,100?

How did a very highly educated successful person like Dr. Oleg get trademark scammed for a record $66,100

How was an intelligent business owner like David Konn trademark scammed for $5,299?

Ever hear of a “USTPO program”

called “Damage Compensation”?

No one else has either.

This story I am afraid is a 2 part story. Here’s part 1 – David Konn.

Two things happen when abused scammed people don’t speak up. 1) The scam event will happen to someone else and 2) sadly, but naturally the victim will be far less likely to trust anyone else again.

Much can be said about TRUST. Loss of. Lack of. TRUST.

The two-way damage of not having TRUST. Fraud destroys trust. The cost of lost trust is damaging. Capitalism rides on marketplace trust.

On Saturday, November 29, 2025, I spent 90 minutes with David Konn. He was being contacted by the USPTO. Directly.

As David wrote, below, they “tried to convince me to give them another $8,000 and that the USTPO would file a lawsuit they said was a USTPO program called “Damage Compensation” against a party they said who was trying to steal our trademark. She said I would receive $64,000. I checked with USTPO and they do not file [law] suits. Any damage claims must be done by the parties [themselves]”.

David called TradeMark Express too.

Looking into the 4 trademarks US TRADEMARK PRO @ https://ustrademarkpro.com/did for David, I found over the Summer of 2025 the 4 trademarks for his company Quantum Cellular Medicine were each fraudulent trademark filings.

See David’s statement and initial scam overture below, impersonating the USPTO with a call # of (571) 348-9089. Not only was the legal comprehensive clearance research ignored, but each application was forged.

Thus, a criminal act was committed. 4x.

Penalty = 2 years jail.

$10k fine, per trademark application.

David had no control over his 4 trademark applications. US TRADEMARK PRO used their own emails: 1) info@ustrademarkpro.com and 2) legalfiling222@gmail.com to control each trademark. ONLY US TRADEMARK PRO could access David’s 4 trademarks.

Although the big scam US TRADEMARK PRO envisioned didn’t work against David, soon it did with Dr. Oleg for $66,100. US TRADEMARK PRO had to be content with ripping off David for $5,299.

Please see Part 2, our next article about Dr. Oleg’s experience.

Despite our complaints to the USPTO and Trustpilot,

US TRADEMARK PRO is still in business today.

Out of the 325 bad actors trademark services and attorneys we have found, US TRADEMARK PRO is one of the remaining 104 still in “business”.

Therefore, 221 trademark fraudulent scam services have been vanquished over the past year. We started this effort on May 30, 2025.

DAVID’S STATEMENT

Dear Chris,Thanks for our call. I would like to assist you to go after these guys.

I paid three payments via one Credit Card, 7/23/25 $1,449, 7/31/25 $1,400, and 8/18/25 $1,050 and another via Wells Fargo Credit Card $1,400 on 10/1/25

Here is my report to Wells Fargo to request the $1,400 to be refunded.

They said that they are a company called US Trademark Pro. www.ustrademarkpro.com. They were fraudulent and made a false Trademark filing. It turned out to be a scam. The Trademark filing they did had several mistakes and it was done just to make me believe they were legitimate. They identified themselves as Brittney Lee Mark ESQ, but this is not her name. There is a Brittney Lee Mark registered as an attorney with the CA Bar. However, this person who was speaking to me is not Brittney Lee Mark. This person who said she was Brittney set up a conference call with another person who she said was Jennifer Wilson an attorney for USTPO. However, the person I spoke to was not Jennifer Wilson. I investigated, and there is a person named Jennifer Wilson who works for USTPO, but this was not her. This person, who said she was Jennifer, tried to convince me to give them another $8,000 and that the USTPO would file a lawsuit they said was a USTPO program called “Damage Compensation” against a party they said who was trying to steal our trademark. She said I would receive $64,000. I checked with USTPO and they do not file suits and any damage claims must be done by the parties.

FYI. This is what I was sent from the US Trademark Pro fraudsters to make the appointment with USTPO.

Do not fall for “low fee” trademark scams.
