"low fee" trademark service SCAM WARNINGS

Retirement? SUCCESS! Goodbye FRAUDULENT “LOW FEE” SCAMMERS – Do these 8 losers know each other?

Retirement? SUCCESS! Goodbye FRAUDULENT "LOW FEE" SCAMMERS - Do these 8 losers know each other?

Good Morning Trademark Scam Fan Club, who says you can’t be 8 places at the same time?!

TRADEMARK SCAMMERS CAN!

When you receive a phone call from 201-201-4055, Google says it could be from one of these eight winners:

TRADEMARK OMNI – Los Angeles

TRADEMARK ELEVATE – Flushing

TRADEMARK FRONTIER – NYC.

TRADEMARK SECURELY – Marlton

TRADEMARK GUARDIAN PRO – Austin, TX.

SMITH AND JOHNSON IP LAW – Blacklisted – ???

TRADEMARK VICTORY – NYC

TRADEMARK REGISTRATIONS EXPERTS – Bakersfield, CA

Add a .COM and see each web site. Call their new common phone number, 732-609-2316 to see what they have to say. Have some fun!
Ask questions. LOTS OF QUESTIONS. Collect information. Share your experience. Send us the details and we’ll dig deep to see if justified to report to the USPTO Scam Unit @ TMScams . I have yet to find even one of these “low fee” scams offering ANY credible trademark services are of any value – at all.

When you call, they’ll just answer, “Hello”. They don’t know that you know, that they really are the same single company with slight differences to overwhelm the trademark marketplace. Try to make them say their company name.

They usually make you ask which company you are trying to reach. The pitch is usually same with a heavy foreign accent, no consultation, a quick search at the USPTO which always ends with a “YES, we can get you this trademark” – no matter how obvious the BLOCK, add in a few flashy words like USPTO and TRADEMARK. You SHOULD realize they know very little about trademarks.

Oh, they are good trying to grab your credit card. Fun Fact – One of the defunct trademark scam web sites was TRADEMARK GRABBER, as mentioned in my Oct 17th article.

As is the pattern, these companies are here today and gone tomorrow. The picture above is just 3 months old. When calling 201-201-4055 this week, all we got was a “CLICK”. So, it isn’t disconnected, but no one answers this line. At least lately.

A Google search of the 201-201-4055 phone number verified each company is still in business except SMITH AND JOHNSON IP LAW.

Interestingly when checking each of the remaining 7 web sites, all DID NOT have the phone number Google reports in their search results. Not one. They all had a different phone numbers, all now have the same 732-609-2316. A Google search of this phone number found the same 7 web sites, except SMITH AND JOHNSON IP LAW. Go Google!

That means the firm SMITH AND JOHNSON IP LAW fell out of existence sometime between August 8 and this morning, November 6.

Here today and gone tomorrow confirms a trend I have noticed that these firms seem to last about 12 to 18 months. Just about how long it takes for all the USPTO trademark refusals to come cascading in and they must reinvent themselves.

My theory is there is a deep connection between these “low fee” FRAUDULENT SCAMS.

I am seeking to find IF the ownership is in fact the same.

Keep the complaints coming!

Keep helping!
