Yes, the FBI, FIA, Google, Bing, Yahoo, USPTO, USPIS and YOU TOO – have done wonderful work over the last 6 months fighting trademark scammers. Merry Christmas!
Happy Holidays to the “low fee” TRADEMARK FRAUD CRIMINAL SCAMMERS!
Let’s add “CYBER”, because their common denominator is that everything about them is FAKE. I mean everything, Gaze a little longer, dig a little deeper at their office locations, experience, testimonials, reviews, claims to do legal research, stolen attorney identities, their forged trademark filings – even their heavily foreign accented Americana names – ARE ALL FAKE!
When this project started out I took a serious look at each odd sounding trademark service we’d receive a complaint about. I wanted to make sure, to prove, IF they really offered the complicated comprehensive legal research needed to legally clear every trademark before filing any trademark. But it wasn’t about the legal research. Just EVERYTHING was a LIE. These weren’t normal reputable competitors, with varying levels of expertise like LegalZoom, the more and more I dug, the more outlandish the offers were that our clients complained about, the obvious answer was that these guys are just plain simply started – CRIMINAL.
NOTHING these “low fee” trademark scammers do, I mean NOTHING is of benefit to you. BTW, they are in a lot of other schemes, not just trademarks. But that is another set of annoying articles.

My goodbye letter to whoever worked at
the 85 dead “low fee” trademark web sites:
Have fun spending your newly found free time looking over your shoulder.
Your electronic trail will lead law enforcement right to your door.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE start more and more trademark web sites to continue your piracy. There’s no limit to the ridiculous names you can get a .COM to target people into giving up their credit cards.
After all where you are, for a mere $400 you can live comfortably for a month. What does $100,000 a month buy you?
Wow. Those initial $45 “low fees”, which in some cases soon ballooned to $7,000 extortion “up sale” fees really added up, didn’t they? Those small business owning Americans can afford it, right? They will believe anything we come up with as long as your initial fee is just $45, right?
IF a fee is low enough, you surmise, they’ll question no further. Even though in reality EVERYTHING YOU DID WAS FAKE – including NO LEGAL TRADEMARK RESEARCH, BELIEVING EVERY TRADEMARK NEEDED 3 CLASSES, USURPED ATTORNEY IDENTITIES, FORGED TRADEMARK APPLICATION SIGNATURES, STATE FEES DUE IN 48 HOURS, DAMAGE COMPENSATION, USPTO DOCUMENTS, then FAKE TRADEMARK REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES.
Those Americans did get something, right? Even though it was a maxed-out credit card and to look foolish on the USPTO web site for the next 100 years.
Those Americans learned NOT TO TRUST ANYBODY.
Those Americans learned to NEVER START A BUSINESS AGAIN.
Canadians too. Everybody entrepreneurial minded. Chill capitalism.
Chill ideas. Maybe they’ll become criminals too, like you. Pass it backwards?
No worries. When the heat comes on, or I should say, when the Office Action refusals appear and sudden trademark terminations finally happen, (as in 56,000 other cases), you’ll just shut down that ridiculous web site, cut and paste, and start a new even more ridiculously named trademark web site. So easy. Rinse and repeat. Fun right?
So, why not try again? PLEASE DO. Over and over again.
The longer you try, the easier it will be for the law to find you.
Prison time isn’t a totally unfamiliar concept, is it? Didn’t the original 9 Karachi based Digitonics Labs leaders get 4 years in a Pakistani jail? Are they out yet? What we do know is that we are living in the third wave.
Finally, I’d like to say, (out of true courtesy only), I am going to miss you. But I am not. There are too many wonderful things to do in like than fret after you. Retirement for one. Can’t wait.
